An EB Senior Engineer has an innovative mechanical bent, a passion for engineering excellence and significant experience on which to draw whilst providing guidance and direction across one or more projects in support of our Lead Engineers and Project Managers

To our Senior Engineers the people are as important as the technical content in achieving OSBIT delivery. They each have management responsibility for a group of our talented engineers and draughtsmen, and a mission to foster and develop the skills and abilities of their charges.

Hallmarks of the role are technical strength, rigorous questioning of evolving engineering solutions and natural abilities in communication across the spectrum of relationships.

The scope is broad and spans the full project life commencing with active participation in the genesis of the innovative solutions characteristic of EB, and their professional presentation to clients. Realisation of these solutions comes principally from the astute setting of technical waypoints, then guiding the project teams towards and past them with the goal of approval of technical output OSBIT.

The experience of the Senior Engineers is further drawn upon in their role as a cohesive group with significant input to the development and maintenance of the very best engineering practice, and technical authority. All of which happens within a framework of supportive engineering management and technical direction.
