One of the first things you'll notice is how relaxed the environment appears to be. People are on first name terms with each other from the Managing Director downwards, while an air of openness and informality pervades our offices. We firmly believe people perform better if they're enjoying themselves, and there's certainly a great deal to get excited about. Yet it's a fun that's tempered with a sense of social responsibility and a keen awareness of the business we're involved in.

Expectations are high. Approach a colleague to help you out of a tight spot, and you can guarantee they'll do whatever it takes to ensure you deliver. The same applies to you. On occasions you'll be asked to go that extra mile to get a project completed on time, and you won't begrudge the additional effort. And when the deadline's been hit, the assignment completed, you'll relish that sense of accomplishment as you wind down with your colleagues.
