IHC Engineering Business Ltd (EB) operates from its headquarters in Riding Mill, Northumberland with an additional design office at nearby Stocksfield Hall. These rural facilities provide a relaxing atmosphere and stimulating environment for innovative design with easy access to key transport links for our international client base.

 

EB has recently opened a satellite office in Aberdeen serving both itself and its partners within IHC Merwede. The decision to have a full time presence in Aberdeen forms part of EB's plans to bolster its links with key customers in the offshore and energy sectors of this key region hub.

 

In addition to its design and management offices EB has recently opened a new manufacturing and customer support facility at Riverside Quay, Port of Tyne. This new 7500m² covered facility allows EB to conduct a range of manufacturing and support contracts in parallel and will enable the company to continue its outstanding track record of delivering complex and custom built offshore and subsea equipment. EB's new facility allows it to accommodate larger vessels than its previous sites, having 10.5m draft and excellent quayside access for load out and commissioning operations on to client' vessels.
